Job Responsibilities: 

1. Responsible for answering, transferring phone calls, take messages, cashier responsibilities and etc.; 

2. To assist members to sign in and sign out.

3. Responsible for daily services related to customers and handle the inquiries by members and guests. 

4. To record the customer's complaints;

5. To manage the Retail consignment display and sales items. 

6. Any other tasks delegated by Supervisor/Manager.

Job Requirements:

1. High school and above, with or without experience.

2. Pleasant,sweet and cheerful personality.

3. Passionate and love fitness industry, self-motivated and have a clear career path.

4. Have strong communication skills, honest, cheerful, enthusiatic, service oriented and responsible.

1. This position needs to cover 7 to 10 days a month of 06:00am morning shift. If you are unable to do so, please do not submit your resume.
